Due to the rise in postage fees and packaging costs,we are no longer able to offer free P+P.We charge £1.50 per order for packaging fees.Any overcharge is reimbursed to your PayPal account.If paying by cheque,please email or telephone us first for a correct postage fee.

Returns/Refunds
For Faulty Goods

For faulty goods,we require the item to be returned in it's orginal packaging for inspection.Please note that A Simpler Time reserve the right to refuse refunds for goods that we find have been deliberately damaged

We reserve the right to demand returns to be sent back to A Simpler Time in the original packaging for inspection or we will ask you for photographic evidence to be emailed to us.

Postage for outgoing goods will not be refunded.

For returns that have been damaged,we will send a replacement of that item.If we do not have a replacement,a refund will be given.This refund will include the postage fees for the returned item only.

* We are to be notified by email within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item.
For Unwanted Goods

For items purchased that are not as you expected but without fault,we will refund the cost of the item only.The item/s are to be returned to us in new and unopened condition.We do not arrange collection.We suggest that the items are returned to us using Royal Mail Recorded Service for peace of mind.Once we have received the item/s,we will reimburse your PayPal account with the cost of the goods ONLY**.No outgoing or returning postage fees will be reimbursed.

ELECTRICAL ITEMS-We advise all our customers to purchase one of our British made adaptors when purchasing one of electrical products.These work with the U.K. 240v electric system in changing the voltage down to the 110v requirements of our electrical products.We at A Simpler Time take no responsibility for any damage caused by voltage overload.
